What a strange but delish looking combo! Would never have put the two together. The condensed milk looks like custard :-S

@My Getaway

lol I should have said what it was, it's a paratha which is like a slightly (sometimes very) greasy flat bread. Of course people make parathas at home which are yummy but I really like these pre-made parathas (which are so easily found at any Pakistani grocery store.)
This specific brand is what we (my family and some other subcontinent people in usa) refer to as Malaysian Parathas. Cuz the kawan company is Malaysian lol. Btw, my family owns a pretty big Pakistani grocery store and this is the best selling paratha cuz it's simple and relatively cheap.

So yeah, you just warm up a pan or one of those electric hotplates and just slap one on there...no oil needed.

I only tried this couple days ago because my aunt keeps bragging about how my cousins adore this for breakfast. Except my aunt adds sliced bananas to the condensed milk. And i'm not much of a fruit fan...but my cousins swear by it.

Bajiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii (yes, I love the word and I've got some special ones too!) I love paratha . . .and naan and chapati and batura . . . yummmmmmmmy. Baji - can you make samosas? If so, I'll be right over!

LOL aneebaba

Believe it or not but I was only introduced to batura a few years ago...I'm guessing cuz it's mostly an indian thing. AND I LOVE IT! lol but of course I've never tried any fresh ones, just the frozen ones from "Deep."

And bhai saab, I make the.best.samosas.ever. No joke. They're not typical desi samosas (they're potato ones but not all spicy) and it's a family recipe. I'll have a virtual samosa party lol. In fact...i think now I might just have to make those samosas and post a picture.
